Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email/text message to your number to track the status of your order.

Once your order is shipped we will send you another email/text message to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order.

 Shipping Times

Once the order is placed, it needs between 5 & 10 business days to arrive to your doorstep.

The delivery company will contact you on the number provided prior arriving to the shipping address for more address info and to ensure that the receiver is available at the mentioned address.

Lebanon: 5-10 Working Days (delivery fee: 7,000 LBP inside Beirut; 12,000 LBP outside Beirut)

GCC: 6-10 Working Days (shipping fee: 45 USD)

International: 7-10 Working Days (shipping fee: 45 USD)
